The bottom team in the matchup is the home team.
Home Team Designation (Board Policy #44) During the first two rounds of each OSAA State Championship bracket, the better ranked team shall be the designated home team. During the subsequent rounds, the team that has been designated the home team the fewer number of times in prior rounds shall be the designated home team; OR if the two teams have been designated the home team the same number of times in prior rounds, the designated home team shall be the better ranked team.
